Winnipeg Union Bank Tower
When Winnipeg's Union Bank Tower was built it was western Canada's first skyscraper. After sitting empty for several years, the building has been reborn as a student residence and teaching space, complete with a high-end restaurant in what was once the impressive two-storey Banking Hall.Completing the transformation posed some challenges.
